I celebrated my birthday at this hotel. Myself, stayed for the weekend. The staff is very friendly. the room is average and tidy with a view of the small grounds and the lake. the bathroom is spacious. the hotel cosmetics smell incredible, I wanted one for my home! 😂

Rooms need major updating. Shag carpet is gross, stains on most things. Insect in room. Service was rude to us especially the doorman. Parking is far from hotel. Food is like plastic - eat down the street at a nice local restaurant. Very bad value for money. Comparable room to red roof inn at US hotel standard.
Our fifth stay and a warm welcome as usual. A wonderful place for children and couples. We will come back again.

Nice hotel with a beautiful view & welcoming lounge. Breakfast was really enjoyable with a wide variety of options. The breakfast team were really pleasant and helpful. Also within walking distance of other restaurants, lounges and shops.
